My office is located in Downtown Seattle on the Business Floor (12th) of the Fairmont Olympic Hotel. This building resides on the corner of 5th Avenue and Seneca (actual building encompasses entire block from 4th to 5th Avenue, as well as entire block from Seneca to University).
I5 directions to my Downtown Seattle Location:
From South-Heading I-5 North towards Seattle
- I-5 North towards SEATTLE
- Take the SENECA ST. exit- EXIT 165 - on the LEFT
- Continue on SENECA ST just past 5TH Ave
- Fairmont Olympic Hotel on right between 5TH & 4TH
- Olympic Garage, turn LEFT into garage at 5TH & SENECA
- Building address: 411 University St., Seattle, WA 98101
From North-Heading I-5 South towards Seattle
- I-5 South towards SEATTLE
- Take the UNION ST. exit- EXIT 165B
- Stay STRAIGHT to go onto UNION ST.
- Turn LEFT onto 5TH AVE and continue on 5TH AVE
- Fairmont Hotel on right between UNIVERSITY & SENECA
- Olympic Garage, turn RIGHT into garage at 5TH & SENECA
